Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan, Sumatera Utara.
Kapolres Tapanuli Selatan (Tapsel), AKBP Irwa Zaini Adib, memerintahkan jajarannya agar menyelamatkan bayi berusia empat bulan yang menjadi korban Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT).

“Saya sudah perintahkan Kapolsek Batang
Angkola dan Bhayangkari untuk menyelamatkan RS. Langkah awal RS kita
evakuasi ke Rumah Sakit Umum Sipirok untuk mendapat perawatan yang lebih
memadai,” kata Irwa Zaini.
Sementara untuk pelaku yang merupakan ibu kandung korban, Irwa menyebut akan dilakukan pemeriksaan kejiwaan terlebih dahulu.
“Untuk
sementara kejiwaan ibu korban (PS) akan diperiksa karena diduga ada
kelainan. Kita sangat mendahulukan kemanusiaan dan penyelamatan korban
dalam menangani kasus ini. Karena korban juga memiliki dua saudara yang
masih anak-anak di bawah umur. Kita selamatkan dulu mereka sambil
kasusnya berjalan,” terangnya.
Untuk
diketahui, kasus ini berawal 12 Maret 2020 saat Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek
Batang Angkola, Aipda D. Tampubolon, mendapat laporan dari masyarakat
terkait kekerasan yang dilakukan seorang ibu terhadap bayinya sendiri.
Setelah melakukan pemeriksaan di rumah korban, Aipda D. Tampubolon langsung melapor ke Kapolsek Batang Angkola.
Dari
laporan Kapolsek Batang Angkola, kemudian Kapolres dan Ketua
Bhayangkari Cabang Tapsel, Dewi Irwa, mengambil langkah penyelamatan
terhadap korban dan dua saudaranya.
“Kepala bayi empat bulan itu dipukul ibunya sendiri dengan tangan hingga dahinya benyok ke dalam” ujar Aipda D. Tampubolon.

Menurutnya pelaku kesal terhadap perilaku suaminya, MS (63), yang sering menganiaya anak mereka yang lain.
MS
merupakan suami kedua pelaku. Mereka dikaruniai tiga orang anak, dua
laki-laki dan satu lagi perempuan yang menjadi korban penganiayaan, RS.
Dari suami pertamanya, pelaku membawa seorang anak perempuan yang saat ini duduk di bangku kelas II Sekolah Dasar (SD).
“Anak perempuan dari suami pertamanya inilah yang sering dianiaya MS sehingga membuat PS marah dan kesal,” jelasnya.
