Untungnya, Satreskrim Polresta Bandung mengungkap penjualan daging sapi ‘palsu’ tersebut.
Pengungkapan ini, berawal dari adanya informasi dari masyarakat bahwa di sekitaran Desa Kiangroke, Banjaran Kabupaten Bandung, terkait adanya aktivitas penjualan daging babi, pada Sabtu (9/5/2020).
Polisi pun lakukan penyelidikan terkait informasi tersebut.
Dari penyelidikan tersebut, petugas kepolisian mendapati ada dua orang pengepul daging babi yang menjual kepada masyarakat seolah-olah daging sapi. Keduanya ialah Paino (46) warga Banjaran dan Tuyadi (55) warga Sukabumi.
“Kita langsung amankan keduanya, beserta barang bukti 500 kilo daging babi,” kata Kapolresta Bandung Kombes Pol Hendra Kurniawan, saat ungkap kasus di Mapolresta, Senin (11/5/2020).
Polisi pun kembali melakukan pengembangan dari dua pengepul yang sudah diamankan.
Dari pengembangan tersebut, polisi kemabli amankan dua orang lainnya, yakni Andri Sudrajat (39) dan Asep Rahmat (38) yang berperan sebagai pengecer daging babi itu.
Hasil pemeriksaan terhadap pengepul dan pengecer, diketahui Mereka mendapat pasokan daging babi, dari wilayah provinsi Jawa Tengah, Kota Solo. Daging tersebut dibeli dengan harga 45 ribu perkilogram.
“Pengepul menjual ke pengecer 60 ribu perkilogram. Sementara pengecer menjualnya dengan harga 75 sampai 90 ribu per kilogrambya, ke masyarakat. Keemoat sudah kurang lebih tujuh bulan menjual daging babi ini,” kata dia.
Adapun wilayah penyebaran daging babi ini, diduga telah menyebar baik kepada masyarakat atau para penjual bakso.
Wilayah penyebarannya, di Kecamatan Banjaran, Baleedah dan Majalaya.
Barang bukit lainnya yang diamankan 100 kilogram daging babi tambahan dari 500 kilogram hasil sitaan dari pelaku Asep Rahmat, dua freezer, satu timbangan, satu kilogram borax, satu mobil, satu motor, dan 12 besi pancing untuk menggantung daging.
“Kita kenakan kepada yang bersangkutan, dengan pasal 91A Jo pasal 58 ayat 6 UU RI nomor 41 tahun 2014, tentang peternakan dan kesehatan hewan, lalu pasal 62 ayat 1 Jo pasal 8 ayat 1 UU RI nomor 8 tahun 1999 tentang perlindungan konsumen. Ancaman pidana 5 tahun penjara,” pungkasnya.
