Disuatu malam, di rumah sakit itu terjadi dua momen persalinan secara bersamaan.
Sesudah ke-2 wanita itu melahirkan, dua bayi itu tercampur dan tidak ada yang tahu masing-masing pemilik kedua bayi yang berjenis kelamin lelaki dan wanita itu.

Kerancuan ini berlangsung disebabkan kecerobohan perawat yang seharusnya dia menulis nama ibu pada gelang yang ditempatkan di tangan ke-2 bayi itu.
Serta saat ke-2 dokter itu tahu kalau mereka ada dalam kebingungan; siapakah ibu bayi lelaki serta siapakah ibu bayi wanita, jadi dokter Amerika berkata pada dokter Muslim
“Engkau mengatakan sebenarnya Al-Quran sudah menjelaskan semua suatu hal dan engkau mengatakan sebenarnya Al-Quran itu meliputi semua bebrapa permasalahan apa pun. Jadi tunjukkanlah kepadaku langkah tahu siapa ibu dari masing-masing bayi ini”
Dokter Muslim itupun menjawab, “Ya, Al-Quran sudah menjelaskan semua suatu hal serta bakal saya tunjukkan padamu mengenai hal semacam itu. Biarlah kami mendiagnosa ASI ke-2 ibu dan kami akan temukan jalan keluar. ”
Sesudah terlihat hasil diagnosis, dengan begitu yakin diri dokter muslim itu memberi tahu rekannya si dokter Amerika, siapakah ibu sesungguhnya dari semasing bayi itu.
Dokter Amerika itupun terheran heran dan bertanya, “Bagaimana kamu tahu? ”
Dokter Muslim menjawab, “Sesungguhnya hasil yang terlihat tunjukkan sebenarnya kadar banyak ASI pada payudara ibu si bayi lelaki 2 x lipat kandungannya dibanding ibu si bayi wanita. Perbandingan kadar garam serta vitamin pada asi si ibu bayi lelaki itu juga 2 x lipat dibanding ibu si bayi wanita. ”
Lalu dokter Muslim itu membacakan ayat Al-Quran yang dia jadikan dasar alasan dari jalan keluar itu, “Bagi lelaki seperti sisi dua wanita. ” (QS Annisa Ayat 11)
Dan sesudah mendengarkan dokter Amerika itu makna ayat itu, dia jadi bengong, dan dia menyatakan keislamannya secara spontan tanpa ragu ragu. Maha Suci Allah Robb semesta alam.
